Shipping policy

It is very important for us to guarantee that your order reaches your hands as quickly and without complications, that is why all our shipments are made by trusted parcel agencies (such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Estafeta, etc.).

  • At the time of payment, you can choose if you want standard shipping or priority shipping and know the amount of said service.

  • Once your order is shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you so you can track it.

  • FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (outside of Mexico), keep in mind that although the parcel companies we work with handle customs and duty payments in most countries, there is a possibility that your country's regulations require you to pay taxes. or import charges to receive your package. Armesania is not responsible for such charges and it will be the buyer's responsibility to comply with the relevant procedure to claim their package from customs offices if necessary.

Return & Change policy

  • RETURNS: Once your order has been sent, you will NOT be able to request a product exchange or return the merchandise for a refund. All sales made on this page are final sales, so we beg you that in case you have questions or need more information about a product, contact us at before making your purchase and we will gladly assist you .

  • CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your purchase, contact us as soon as possible at to request a refund before your item is shipped. However, if the order has already been sent by parcel, you will NOT be able to cancel your purchase or request a refund.

  • If your cancellation request was approved, you will be reimbursed to the same means of payment with which the purchase was made and you will be charged a 15% commission for administrative and logistical handling.

  • If you think we made a mistake when sending you the product you received, please contact us at with your name, order number and date of purchase so we can assist you.
